Stacey is my hair guru, her hair studio FUSS is my second home. The two of us spend so much time together each month, that we have become VERY close. For years now, we have discussed all the wedding details to her long time love Mandy. So, this fall I was enlisted as her trusted stylist for this country dream wedding–come true!
This is the top of the photo booth back drop I created with white streamers, hot pink yarn and scrap fabric.
Under the tent of dreams, I am the shot caller to the troops of excited and helpful friends- all game to make the vision come to life.
A spontaneous vignette– made of empty ribbon containers, and stretched coloured burlap circles to balance the pops of colour!
Stacey bought a mound of super luxe ribbon and some sewn paper garland. I glued them to this piece of salvaged wood to create a magical entrance way to the tent.
This is Stacey and I doing some happy dancing. We could not believe it was actually happening!!!
Candy jars made by the happy couple to share some of their sweetness….
The Photo booth backdrop in full effect.
Presentation is everything and this piano was ridiculous.
More vignettes created to make (even the dessert table) a wonder-filled experience.
The turquoise typewriter was set-up to capture messages to happy couple.
Stacey and Mandy. The couple with a love so real that I see this photo and get covered in goose bumps….. EVERY TIME!
What country wedding would be complete without a kick-ass band playing in the field? The Strumbella’s!! OMG!
Little craft cones filled with seeds are thrown with care, love and joy! Pure magic.
I brought mounds of lace and this DIY chandelier. It totally dazzled up the dinner section!
Check out how I made this chandelier HERE.
There are moments of your life that make you believe. I had one of those moments that day.
High fives to Jacob King for being the best sidekick a girl could ever dream of.
